Sales & Purchase Terms

These Commercial Terms apply exclusively to transactions finalized via the Glovaray boutique, supplementing our general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Buyer Eligibility & Account Security

You must hold the legal capacity to form a binding purchase agreement in your jurisdiction. You are accountable for ensuring your contact, shipping, and invoicing records are correct, as well as maintaining the security of all actions performed through your user profile.

Sales Contract Formation

Products displayed on our cart and checkout interfaces represent an invitation for you to make a purchasing offer. A legally enforceable sales agreement for our facial toners and moisturizing essences is established solely when we formally accept your order and issue a dispatch or confirmation notice. Automated acknowledgment emails do not preclude subsequent checks for pricing accuracy, anti-fraud screening, or stock level verification.

Pricing, Billing, & Currency

Available payment methods and cost breakdowns are presented transparently at checkout. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and disclosed fees are reflected in your final order total. Please be aware that your banking institution or card issuer may apply foreign exchange fees and international transaction charges, which are entirely outside Glovaray's control and liability.

Delivery & Title Transfer

Shipping choices vary according to the delivery destination and product availability. The risk of loss transfers in accordance with regional consumer protection regulations. Where permitted by governing law, ownership of Glovaray skincare merchandise remains with Beautech Industries Limited until complete payment has been successfully processed and received.

Returns & Statutory Consumer Rights

All return and reimbursement procedures follow our published Return & Refund Policy. Statutory cancellation privileges, product quality guarantees, warranty protections, and alternative consumer rights granted under local legislation continue to apply in full force and supersede any clauses within these terms that offer lesser protections.

Force Majeure

Glovaray shall not be held liable for fulfillment delays or performance failures resulting from events outside our reasonable foresight and control. These include, but are not limited to, courier network disruptions, acts of nature, government actions, labor strikes, infrastructure failures, or widespread telecommunications outages.

Severability & Support

If any provision of these terms is found to be legally invalid, the remaining contractual clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
